This is another project I created a bit back (revised the lighting). It is fully playable (with collisions) and this video is running entirely in real time using Matinee cameras. Every asset is custom and made by me (modularly) it was created with Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, Mudbox, xnormal, crazybump and was put-together in UDK then edited in Premiere. Hope you enjoy it!

(This is a "Last-gen" (PS3/360 capable) personal project completed in a short time-frame for GNOMON)

The Ruins is a full playable UDK level, built by me only (every-asset and texture). It has collisions, lightmaps, faked water simulation, wind simulation (for foliage), dust-particle system and sound effects. Every asset was created in Maya and refined in Zbrush, then textured in Mudbox, Photoshop and Mari. All the vegetation are cards, which were modeled in Maya and baked down in xNormal or Zbrush. Every aspect is modular, including the broken sections (which can be placed else-where) to allow for a fully buildable tool-kit.
